The physical education staff at John Jay High School would like to thank you for being a guest instructor in our women's self-defense classes. Over the past two years, you have been a welcome and knowledgeable resource for our staff and students.

The 2004 "Reduce the Odds" presentation is full of great information on sexual assault, rape escape techniques and date rape drugs. As our students become more socially mature, it is very important for them to learn to prevent possible assault and to protect themselves.

Thank you again for a truly informative, motivating workshop. Everyone who attended was truly impressed and couldn't talk about much else all of yesterday! A number of the ladies, myself included, would very much like to take the next eight week class and they are holding me responsible for making sure we get the information about when and where as soon as possible, so that we can sign up immediately.
