I have over 22 years of training under some of the most legendary names (Guy Mezger, Eric Paulson, Dan Inosanto, Machados Bros, Royce Gracie, Ricco Chiapparrelli, Vladimir Matyeushenku, Willie Thompson) in the martial arts, and have won many titles and championship medals during this time.

I have never aspired to be average at anything. I am certainly not going to start now. That's why when I decided I wanted to teach women's self defense I went to Steve Kardian.
