Located in central Westchester County, the New York Campus of Defend University is easily accessible from anywhere in the New York Metro area via car or train. We are located at 53 Kensico Road, Thornwood, NY 10595.
Driving Directions
We are located less than 1/4 mile from the Marble Avenue exit on the Saw Mill River Parkway. You can plot door-to-door driving directions to us via this link to Mapquest. Please note that while Mapquest is a terrific utility, the directions it provides are not always accurate. We suggest taking along some of the backup driving directions provided below just in case.
From New York City and Points South
Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) North to the Cross County Parkway (CCP) East
CCP East to Saw Mill River Parkway (SMRP) North
SMRP North to Exit 27 (Marble Ave/Thornwood)
Turn right at light at end of exit eamp onto Marble Ave
Go straight until you get to the 2nd traffic light (across from the Thornwood Diner)
Make a left turn onto Westchester Avenue
Make an Immediate left turn into the driveway.
We are located in the 2nd row of stores, behind DOCS and Technique Cleaners.
From Greenwich, Connecticut and Points East
I-95 South to I-287 West
I-287 West to Sprain Brook Parkway North
Sprain Brook Parkway North to Saw Mill River Parkway (SMRP) North
SMRP North to Exit 27 (Marble Ave/Thornwood)
